Breathability & "Open Cell" Structure

Our pillows are crafted from natural rubber tree sap, featuring a core densely packed with tens of thousands of honeycomb-like micro-pores that rapidly dissipate heat and moisture generated during sleep, ensuring a cool, fresh, and breathable experience.

Rich in rubber proteins, they possess a natural, inherent barrier against dust mites and bacteria. Not only are they eco-friendly and biodegradable, but they also boast exceptional durability—maintaining their shape without deformation even after 5 to 8 years of continuous use. Pure and free of chemical additives, these pillows invite you to rediscover the deep, restorative sleep of the natural world.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Latex mattresses produced using the Dunlop process are firmer and offer stronger support (dense and supportive); they provide excellent value for money and are well-suited for individuals who prefer a traditional, firmer sleeping surface. In contrast, the Talalay process incorporates additional vacuum and freezing stages, resulting in a structure characterized by an open-cell honeycomb formation; this yields a softer feel, more refined responsiveness, and superior breathability—qualities that make it particularly suitable for brands targeting the high-end market.

Our raw materials are derived 100% from the fresh liquid latex of premium rubber trees in Thailand. The natural latex content meets rigorous industry standards—typically exceeding 90% to 93%, with absolutely no added synthetic or artificial latex—thereby guaranteeing, right from the source, the pillow’s inherent dust mite-resistant and antibacterial properties, as well as its delightfully soothing natural scent of rubber trees.

During the foaming process, latex forms tens of thousands of microscopic open-cell pores; combined with a perforated surface design, it acts like a natural air conditioner—rapidly dissipating body heat and moisture generated during sleep to prevent overheating and ensure a cool, dry environment.

We offer a comprehensive range of OEM services, including custom woven labels, brand hangtags, premium gift boxes, non-woven tote bags, and more. Furthermore, our design and R&D teams are available to assist you in designing packaging tailored to your specific brand positioning.

Our products have successfully passed rigorous international environmental and safety testing. Specifically, they have undergone SGS testing, met the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (certifying that the textiles and latex are harmless to the skin), and obtained relevant green environmental certifications. This ensures a hassle-free customs clearance process when exporting our products to markets such as Europe, the Americas, Japan, and South Korea.

Natural latex is extremely delicate and must never be exposed to direct sunlight! Ultraviolet rays accelerate the aging process of natural latex, causing it to yellow and even crumble. Typically, the inner core does not require washing; however, if it becomes soiled, you may gently wipe it with a damp cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally in a cool, well-ventilated area. The custom-fitted outer pillowcase can be removed and washed as usual.
